Order Process

Konstruct Clothing makes it as easy as possible to order and customise a wide range of apparel. Here's how our order process works:

Step 1: Quote

Fill out our quote request form and we'll get back to you with pricing. The main things we need to know are:

  • The types and quantities of garments you are after
  • Your desired printing method
  • The number of colours in your print

If you aren't sure about which garments or print method would be best, we'll get back to you with some recommendations.

If you have a copy of your artwork, upload it on the form or email it through so we can advise on the best print method.

Step 2: Confirmation

Once we've got your artwork, we will send you an artwork confirmation sheet which also includes a summary of your order. If there is anything that needs changing, let us know and we will make the necessary amendments and resend it through to you.

Step 3: Payment

Once you have approved your order and artwork, we will send you an invoice for the total amount. You can pay online by direct credit or credit card, or you can send us a cheque. You'll find all these details on the invoice.

Step 4: Production

Once payment has been confirmed we'll get your gear into production. Time fluctuations can occur but we will usually despatch your gear within 10 working days from payment confirmation. If you need your gear urgently, please let us know so we can get it to you on time.

Step 5: Despatch

Once your gear has been printed, we run one final check on print and garment quality and order quantities to make sure everything is spot on. Then we'll get it on the courier and email you a copy of the tracking number. We use PBT Couriers for the majority of our NZ shipments.
